When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail, (immediately after your payment has been completed). Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel the order. However, it is possible to call us on Tel. 75532755 in case of any errors or corrections.

The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the goods are sent from An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but not after a purchase has been made. No goods are sent outside Denmark.

Purchase and payment 
Payment All prices are in DKK and incl. VAT. At the Tebutikken it is possible to pay via sent invoice or online with the following: Payment takes place by payment/credit card or via home banking. In the case of payment/credit cards, the order amount is withdrawn on the same day as the order is processed. 
As soon as the order has been placed, the Tebutikken sends a receipt/order confirmation via e-mail to the customer. The tea shop encrypts all card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read important information during the transaction via Nets.

For purchases of DKK 500 or less:

We send all our packages with GLS.

Addresses in Denmark: 1 – 3 working days**.

In very peak periods, in the event of acute illness in our packaging department, in case of internal package handling problems at GLS and the like, longer delivery times may occur.

** Orders placed on Friday after 9 will be shipped next business day.
**In outlying areas in different parts of the country, longer delivery times may occur.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

There is no right of return on tea, coffee and all other food purchased at There is a right of return on non-food products purchased at buyer pays return shipping.

Track & Trace
We will send you a track and trace email and/or email. SMS when your package is dispatched from our warehouse.

If you forget to pick up your parcel in the parcel shop, write the wrong address or refuse receipt, it will be sent back to Tebutikken ApS. We will send you an email with an offer to resend the item, for a fee of DKK 49.

The tea shop reserves the right for any delays and out-of-stock items. However, we make a virtue of meeting our customers' expectations 
In the event of sold-out items, you will be contacted as soon as possible by an employee from the T e-store , who will be able to help with alternatives to the sold-out item.

All information you provide to The Tea Shop (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) will only be used to provide you with a better service and will not be passed on to others.


When you shop at, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can get the item exchanged or the money back, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product.

Freight damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods to the freight provider used.

How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within a "short time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. The right to complain ends if the product has exceeded its use-by date.
