We offer free shipping to your nearest parcel shop, on all orders over DKK 500.
You can pay with a wide variety of payment cards etc. with mobilepay.
You can also choose whether you want your order delivered to your door or to the nearest parcel box or post office.

Order
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail, (immediately after your payment has been completed). Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel the order. However, it is possible to call us on Tel.75532755 for any errors or corrections.

No fee is charged when paying at sanderhouse.dk
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the goods are sent from Sanderhouse.UK An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but not after a purchase has been made. No goods are sent outside Denmark.
Purchase and payment
Payment All prices are in DKK and incl. VAT. At the Tebutikken it is possible to pay via sent invoice or online with the following: Payment takes place by debit/credit card or via home banking. For payment/credit cards, the order amount is withdrawn on the same day as the order is dispatched.
As soon as the order is placed, Tebutikken sends a receipt/order confirmation via e-mail to the customer.Tebutikken encrypts all card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read important information during the transaction via Nets.

We send all our packages with GLS.
Delivery time
Addresses in Denmark: 1 – 3 working days**.
During peak periods, in the event of acute illness in our packaging department, in case of internal package handling problems at GLS and the like, longer delivery times may occur.
** Orders placed Friday after 9 will be shipped next business day.
**In outlying areas in different parts of the country, longer delivery times may occur.
If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)
There is no right of return for tea, coffee and all other food purchased at sanderhouse.UK There is a right of return on non-food items bought at sanderhouse.UK buyer pays return shipping.
Track & Trace
We will send you a track and trace email and/or email. SMS when your package is dispatched from our warehouse.
Resend
If you forget to pick up your package at the parcel shop, write the wrong address or refuse receipt, it will be returned to Tebutikken ApS. We will send you an email with an offer to resend the item, for a fee of DKK 49.
Reservations

Complaint
When you shop at sanderhouse.dk, you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can get the item exchanged or the money back, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product.
Freight damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods to the freight provider used.
How quickly should I advertise?
You must advertise within a "short time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. The right to complain ends if the product has exceeded its use-by date.
