About: Rooibush is an herbal tea from a bush that grows exclusively in South Africa. It is harvested after flowering from January to March. Branches with twigs are cut to approx. 6 mm long pieces, fermented and dried.
Leaf: Fine-bladed.
Characteristics: "Red" tea almost like very small branch tips.
Draw time: 5 - 6 minutes.
Dosage: 2 grams per cup.
